We Pay You Before We are Paid
New contractors will often ask the question, “Why does my recruitment company also recommend that I engage the services of a contractor payroll management company such as PayMe?” The answer lies in two key areas, increased remuneration, and the provision of comprehensive payroll services.
In terms of remuneration, being paid by PayMe will at a minimum increase your pay by approximately 3% as opposed to being paid directly by your recruitment company. For example, your recruitment company may offer you a contract at, say $100 per hour if you are paid by the recruitment company, or $106 per hour if you are paid by PayMe. You have the choice to receive $100 per hour and basic payroll, or $106 per hour and a full suite of contractor payroll management services. Even with our flat fee of 3.2% your hourly rate will become $103 per hour, so you are $3.00 per hour better off. The choice is easy! Contact us to ask how this occurs.
In terms of the provision of comprehensive payroll services, your recruitment company will also want to ensure you receive a full suite of services such as minimised tax, salary sacrifice, leases on so on. PayMe will deliver this to you, in the most personal manner, with no additional fees...ever. Importantly, we pay you before we get paid by your recruitment company, and we do this to ensure you are paid on a weekday, and in the most timely manner on known dates. PayMe works hand in hand with your recruitment company with both companies making maximum use of their "core business" to support you.
"Core business" for a recruitment company includes recruitment, placement and contract renewal services. While some payroll services are offered, they do not include the full suite of contractor payroll management services.
"Core business" for PayMe is the full suite of contractor payroll management services that include placement within a legal company structure, all forms of salary packaging, leasing, and salary sacrifices such as laptops, mobile telephones, professional books and courses. This also includes paying your tax and your superannuation.
This is a Win - Win - Win Situation because:
