To have known Payroll Operating Costs and KPI Measurement.; PayMe's fees are flat fixed fees that are predetermined by contract and will therefore integrate with a business's workforce planning capability to capture the costs associated with a changing workforce. Our performance is measurable and we will report on 100% accuracy for payroll transactions. We provide client required reports each month or pay period on all aspects of our performance to show 100% transparency. These capabilities can be used by a business to measure return on investment and can be utilised at the more granular level to determine the employee and payroll trends.

Employee Retention and Morale. Employees always seek ways to increase their cash in hand and reduce tax. The provision of payroll services that offer these capabilities has been proven to increase employee retention and morale particularly when they are a condition of service.
